In Self-Portraiture, I explore printmaking through the use of a single image. The image I chose to work with is a self-portrait I took on black and white film. Using this one photo as a base, I was able to experiment with various types of printmaking and see the major differences between them. The types of prints in this project include linoleum carving print, monotype, cyanotype, acrylic transfer, and gel press print.
