In this series, I explore the intimacy and eroticism that can exist in friendships between queer women. The project was wholeheartedly inspired by my friends Taelor and Nina, whose real-life dynamic was the driving force of the shoot. Relinquishing artistic control, my mission was to authentically capture the love and mutual understanding experienced by these two women. Nina shared this Audre Lorde quote with me, which I think beautifully encapsulates the sentiment of this series:
